You have over a decade of experience building tech products in finance, social, gaming, SAAS etc What are some of the biggest lessons you have learned throughout this journey?

You currently run Sage Institute, which from our understanding is like an academy focused on empowering young Nigerians with tech skills and plugging them into the job market by connecting them with internships, networking opportunities etc. Tell us more about what you do at Sage Institute.
