Hello Norah,
Observing the internet state of Africa and how digitalization can be expensive, Is there any hope for folks in the rural areas to be beneficiaries of a digitalized educational system?
Would this mean that in the real sense , a digitalized educational system would only be centralized around folks who are privileged with a consistent and unstabled access to the digital world?
