<p>The above caption is exactly what your body says when you surpass your threshold. For the sake of context, I'm not referring to when you are lifting more weights or can do more reps. I'm referring to times when you press continue when your body is saying stop.
It's crazy how we glorify stress in the guise of hard work. </p><p>The idea that staying up all night is somehow the nature of champions is straight bullocks! </p><p>Don't kill yourself. </p><p>"Rest is not your enemy." </p><p>Sleep now so you don't get to sleep forever when it's not your time. In other words, that sleep you're running from can become death (eternal sleep) because you chose not to sleep or rest. </p>
<p>Listen, time doesn't matter as much as what you do with it. Any motivational statement that places 'work over rest' would result in collapse. Someone will replace you at that job that you're having sleepless nights over. Learn to plan your life and time. It's neither rocket science nor a walk in the park. Be intentional about resting.</p>
<p>I used to consider myself a strong person because I could lift weights, run for an hour non-stop, and multi-task. Long story cut short, I literally collapsed once because of stress. The crazy part is that I knew I was stressed, but I ignored it until my body shut down. Listen carefully; not everyone may be as lucky as I was to get back up. Don't wait till it's too late. </p>
<p>Rest now, so you won't rest in peace!</p>
<p>I hope you got the message. I'm done talking.</p>
<p>Let me go and rest!</p>

If you like my insights, you can encourage me by sending a TIP. Thank you!
At the end of each month, we give out cash prizes to 5 people with the best insights in the past month
as well as coupon points to 15 people who didn't make the top 5, but shared high-quality content.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.
