WISDOM FOR THE WIVES.
A good wife who desires a truly happy marriage should learn to ask her husband 1 important question once a year in their marriage. The question is so important that it can produce a miraculous effect you can't imagine in the home. It will not be wrong therefore if we call it 'the Almighty question'. It's the 'Almighty Question' also because it's a body of questions in a pair. The purpose of the pair is to help every wife discover where the foundation of their home is being corrupted and needs urgent repairs. Are you ready for it? Then let's go for it! 😁😁😁 The almighty question goes as thus, “My dear husband, I give all thanks to God for making me your partner, in this our journey of divine purpose. Please be honest with me and tell me the truth. Are you happy in this marriage? Is there anything I am doing that is making you unhappy? Is there anything you want me to do better for us to be happy? Please let me know because I didn't come into your life to make you regret marrying me. If as a woman you ask these questions with total humility, sincerity, and desire to be better, you will be shocked about the transformation that will follow in your marriage. The fact remains that many husbands are not happy in their marriages and are pretending about it or quietly enduring it. The same is true for many wives too, and am not trying to be sentimental about it, the unhappiness can come from both angles and the major reason for this writeup is to address and tackle it appropriately. The question remains like this, why allow needless pain to continue in your marriage when you can turn things around in your marriage with a very simple heart-to-heart conversation? It is important to note that you shouldn't ask this kind of question if you are not willing to patiently listen and if possible jot down every point your spouse is making. Also don't try to defend yourself when this "Almighty" question is been asked. Receive your questions with joy even if it is hurtful, and ask God for wisdom to adapt and change. If you must clear the ground on any of the issues raised, let it be a few days later. Communication skills, verbal or non-verbal, should be prioritized while you are doing the talking about addressing the issues raised. Now let us dive into the man, What of the husband? What is his role? The husband is the painter of the house. His role is to make the house beautiful. Can anyone paint a house that has not been built? The beauty of the ‘Almighty Question ‘is that it is a double-barrel gun. It changes any wife that intelligently and sincerely uses it. It subtly begins a change process in the man too.
