In Nigeria, a popular saying goes, "Fear men." π³ This phrase is often echoed in conversations, memes, and music lyrics πΆ. But have we ever stopped to ask: who are men, really? π€ What drives their actions, and how do they behave when no one's watching? π΅οΈββοΈ Men often prioritize what they see and hear, basing their actions on logic, observation, and experience π‘. They might overlook that quiet inner voice that encourages reflection π€«. "I see this," "I know this," "It should go this way." π€ Once they've formed a belief, it tends to shape their behavior across various aspects of life π. In many cases, men compare their present to their past, using previous relationships or mistakes as a benchmark for judging current ones β°. This can be fair or unfair π€·ββοΈ. Interestingly, the notion that women are the bigger gossips is a myth πββοΈ. Men gossip too, often under the guise of "bro code." π€« They might share secrets, agree to keep them hidden, but ultimately, someone often spills the beans π₯. When something shared in confidence comes back in a negative way, it hurts π. Another pattern I've observed is that men often struggle to distinguish right from wrong in emotional situations π€―. They might say, "I didn't know it was like this," π³ after hurting someone or making a poor choice. This isn't always malicious, but it highlights a lack of emotional awareness or sensitivity π. Men are more complex than society often portrays them π€. There's more beneath the surface more nuance, more contradiction π. Perhaps it's time to stop generalizing and start understanding them better π€. Not all men fit this pattern, but these are some commonalities I've noticed π.
