THE LAW OF ATTRACTION

Some truths in life seem paradoxical, one such is the saying an open hand never lacks. Yes, it's self-explanatory, you can't get more except your hand is freed up to receive. When I was younger, I thought... "What if another doesn't come?" Insert the "A bird in hand" quote.

Observation has made me realise that caution and fear can cost us a whole lot more than it protects us. Many people can relate to that one friend they would term "crazy," (s)he is always taking part in one hair-brained experiment, or shooting shots at whatever they want or feel they need. They take chances, and though they may fail, we find that half the time they do get what they want or something close.

I heard a question once that goes like this: "If you knew you could get whatever you asked for at least 4-6 out of 10 times, would you not ask?" The answer is Yes.

Life is abundant, self-sustaining and replenishing. Trees and grass grow, rain and sun rays drop on it, animals and man eat it (amongst other things), we finally return to the earth and then nourish it to continue the cycle. The point is that there is a continuous give and take, the flow only stops when one side stops, and the same thing applies to the open hand. When it closes, it stops whatever is meant to come into it.

This is why they say the most successful people solve problems, they give solutions before they receive any reward, which can come in the form of acknowledgement, connection, favour or money.

Now, I'm not saying do not exercise caution or save, but do not also let it cause a break from your connecting with the flow of life. Opportunity is always looking for who is prepared to grab it, if you are unavailable like that Davido song, then you most definitely will not see it.
