University is often described as the best phase of life — a place of growth, knowledge, and freedom. But for many, it’s not just a phase. It’s a battlefield 🧠🔥. Behind every smile on campus is a story most people will never hear 😶🌫️.

Some students wake up at 5 a.m. to read in lecture halls because their rooms are too noisy 📚🌅. Some attend lectures on an empty stomach, hoping to stretch N500 for two days 🍞💸. Some borrow clothes to look “presentable” 👕. Some are schooling and hustling 💼📖. Others are fighting battles no one sees — depression, anxiety, homesickness, burnout 😔💭.

Academics aren’t the only pressure.

There’s pressure to fit in, to meet family expectations 🏠💔, to graduate “with sense.”

To deal with lecturers who frustrate you 😤, projects that drain you 📝, and GPs that decide your fate 🎯.

And if you're the firstborn or the family’s hope? It’s heavier 💪🏽😓.

Financially, many are barely surviving. From SWEP fees to textbooks, hostel dues, data subscriptions, feeding — it adds up 💰📉.

Some have to choose between buying food or printing assignments 🖨️🍽️. Others delay health needs just to meet academic demands 🏥⏳.

Emotionally, it’s a rollercoaster 🎢. Heartbreaks 💔. Loneliness 😞. Fake friends 🤥. Roommate dramas 😠.

Sometimes, you feel like you're the only one falling apart while others seem to have it all figured out 😩🫥.

But still students show up 💯.

They attend lectures. They write tests. They smile.

Even when nothing is okay — they keep going 🧍🏽♀️📚.

That’s real strength💥🦋.

University teaches more than what’s in books 📕.

It teaches resilience 🌱. Street sense 🛣️. Emotional maturity 🧘🏽♀️. Time management ⏰. Self-worth 🪞.

And it’s okay to struggle — it means you’re trying 💪🏽.

So to every student:

If you’re still showing up — even messy, tired, and scared — you're doing more than enough 🫂.

You are not alone. And your story matters 🗣️.

Keep growing, even if no one notices yet 🌻.

Because one day, everything you’ve carried silently will become your loudest strength. 🎓✨

At the end of the month, we give out prizes in 3 categories: Best Content, Top Engagers and
Most Engaged Content.
Best Content
We give out cash prizes to 7 people with the best insights in the past month. The 7 winners are picked
by an in-house selection process.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Top Engagers
For the Top Engagers Track, we award the top 3 people who engage the most with other user's content via
comments.
The winners are picked using the "Monthly Engagers" tab on the rankings page.
Most Engaged Content
The Most Engaged Content recognizes users whose content received the most engagement during the month.
We pick the top 3.
The winners are picked using the "Monthly Contributors" tab on the rankings page.
Here are a few other things to know for the Best Content track
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.
