Episode 2: The Silver Trail (Holy Saturday)

Morning came slowly to Jerusalem.

Not with joy.

But with rumors.

The city that had shouted “Crucify Him!” just a day before now moved in whispers. Markets opened quietly. Roman soldiers walked the streets with unusual caution. Even the temple priests spoke in hushed voices.

Something about yesterday felt… unfinished.

Inside the upper room, Detective BigDan had not slept.

Neither had Dr. John Oyinloye.

The small wooden table was now covered with notes, coins, and observations.

Peter watched them with folded arms.

“You two have been staring at those coins all night.”

BigDan nodded slowly.

“And they have been staring back.”

Andrew frowned. “Coins don’t stare.”

BigDan lifted one of the silver pieces and spun it across the table.

“Everything leaves a trace.”

Dr. Oyinloye adjusted his glasses and flipped through his leather journal.

“Observation number one,” he said calmly.

“These coins are temple currency.”

Matthew nodded. “Yes. The chief priests paid Judas.”

BigDan raised a finger.

“Allegedly.”

The disciples exchanged looks.

BigDan continued.

“Observation number two… Judas returned the money.”

John leaned forward.

“That is true.”

Matthew added, “He threw it in the temple.”

Dr. Oyinloye nodded.

“And then… he died.”

The room grew quiet.

Andrew rubbed his chin.

“So what are you suggesting?”

BigDan leaned against the wall and folded his arms.

“If a man sells his master for silver… then throws the silver away… something changed.”

Peter frowned.

“Guilt.”

BigDan shook his head.

“Fear.”

Dr. Oyinloye added softly,

“Or regret for something he didn’t expect to happen.”

The disciples shifted uneasily.

BigDan stepped closer to the table.

“Let us review the timeline.”

He pointed to the coins.

“Judas meets the priests.”

Then he pointed to Peter.

“He leads soldiers to the Garden of Gethsemane.”

Peter clenched his jaw.

“I cut off a soldier’s ear.”

“Yes,” BigDan nodded. “But Jesus healed him.”

Andrew sighed.

“And then they arrested the Master.”

BigDan raised his finger again.

“Too quickly.”

The disciples stared.

“What do you mean?” John asked.

BigDan began pacing slowly like a man assembling invisible puzzle pieces.

“The priests knew exactly where Jesus would be.”

Dr. Oyinloye added, “They also arrived with Roman soldiers.”

Peter frowned deeper.

“That means the plan was already approved.”

BigDan snapped his fingers.

“Exactly.”

He looked at the disciples carefully.

“Which means Judas did not start the plan.”

Andrew blinked.

“Then who did?”

Before BigDan could answer—

BANG!

The door flew open.

A frightened young man rushed inside.

It was Mark, one of the followers who had fled the garden the night before.

“They’ve sealed the tomb!” he gasped.

Peter stood up.

“What?”

“Roman guards everywhere!”

The room erupted with worried voices.

Matthew whispered, “Why would they guard a dead man?”

BigDan’s eyes lit up.

“That,” he said quietly, “is an excellent question.”

Dr. Oyinloye scribbled quickly in his journal.

“Observation number three: The authorities fear something.”

Andrew scoffed.

“What could they fear? He is dead.”

BigDan turned slowly toward him.

“Are you certain?”

Andrew hesitated.

BigDan walked toward the window and looked out at Jerusalem.

“Men in power do not guard corpses.”

Peter stepped forward.

“Then what are they guarding?”

BigDan turned back.

“A prophecy.”

The room went silent.

John whispered,

“The Master said he would rise on the third day…”

Dr. Oyinloye closed his journal.

“Which means someone believes it.”

BigDan nodded.

“Or fears it.”

Matthew leaned forward.

“So what does this have to do with Judas?”

BigDan picked up one last coin.

He held it against the candlelight.

“Everything.”

Peter frowned.

“Explain.”

BigDan spoke slowly.

“Judas did betray Jesus.”

The disciples stiffened.

“But not for the reason we think.”

Dr. Oyinloye added softly,

“What if Judas believed Jesus would escape?”

The room froze.

Andrew whispered,

“You mean… he expected a miracle?”

BigDan nodded.

“Perhaps Judas thought forcing the confrontation would reveal Jesus as the Messiah.”

Peter’s eyes widened.

“So Judas didn’t think Jesus would die?”

BigDan placed the coin back on the table.

“Men often set fires… believing they can control the flames.”

Dr. Oyinloye sighed.

“And sometimes the fire spreads.”

Silence filled the room again.

Then BigDan said quietly,

“Which means Judas may not have been the real architect.”

Peter’s voice lowered.

“Then who was?”

BigDan walked to the door.

“Someone who feared Jesus more than death.”

Dr. Oyinloye closed his notebook.

“The High Priest.”

The disciples gasped.

Andrew whispered the name.

“Caiaphas.”

BigDan nodded.

“And tomorrow morning… we pay him a visit.”

Thunder rolled across the city again.

But this time something else moved in the air.

Hope.

Because somewhere beyond the guarded tomb…

the third day was coming.

And the mystery of the betrayal was about to meet a truth no detective could predict.

Dr. Oyinloye looked at BigDan.

“Detective…”

“Yes?”

“What happens if the dead man… actually rises?”

BigDan smiled faintly.

“Then, my dear doctor…”

“…this will no longer be a murder investigation.”

He looked toward the eastern sky.

“It will be a resurrection.”

TO BE CONTINUED…

---

Episode 3: The Risen Witness (Easter Sunday)

At the end of the month, we give out prizes in 3 categories: Best Content, Top Engagers and
Most Engaged Content.
Best Content
Top Engagers
Most Engaged Content
Best Content
We give out cash prizes to 7 people with the best insights in the past month. The 7 winners are picked
by an in-house selection process.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know for the Best Content track
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.

Monthly Score
The Top Monthly Contributors ranking is a monthly metric indicating how users respond to your posts, not just how many you publish.
We look at three main things:
1
How strong your best post is —
Your highest-scoring post this month carries the most weight. One great post can take you far.
2
How consistent the engagement you receive is —
We also look at the average score of all your posts. If your work keeps getting good reactions, you get a boost.
3
How consistent the engagement you receive is —
Posting more helps — but only a little.
Extra posts give a small bonus that grows slowly, so quality always matters more than quantity.
In simple terms:
A great post beats many ignored posts
Consistently engaging posts beat one lucky hit
Spamming low-engagement posts won't help
Tips, comments, and upvotes from others matter most
This ranking is designed to reward
Thoughtful, high-quality posts
Real engagement from the community
Consistency over time — without punishing you for posting again
The Top Monthly Contributors leaderboard reflects what truly resonates, not just who posts the most.
