This is a Disclaimer;

This write-up is from an obsessed and addicted readerš

Iāve been reading and writing since I first learned the alphabets.

Those letters changed my world.

And I thank God for them.

Iāve always loved reading, anything and everything I could find.

Books, articles, scraps of paper

if there were words on it, I read it.

Reading takes you places without leaving your room.

It drags you across countries, across times, across different minds.

It makes you live in different eras while sitting still.

Thatās the power of words.

They can change your mind, your life, your world.

Reading is a gift to humanity.

I once told someone: āIf you really want to know a person, read the book they wrote.ā

Why?

Because a book is a direct connection to the writerās mind. Unlike movies where someone else interprets their thoughts, books are raw. Pure. Untouched.

Through reading, you donāt just see their perspective; you feel it. You enter their world. Their fears. Their joy. Their secrets.

Even if you never meet them, youāve met their soul through their words.

Personally, reading has been my bridge to distant mentors.

Iāve learned life lessons from people Iāll probably never meet, just by reading their books. And honestly, I believe you can understand a person better after reading two or three of their works than after speaking to them for hours.

Thatās why I always say: reading is underrated.

Sometimes Iām shocked, even pained, wondering

how do people survive without reading?

If I go even one day without it, I feel restless and incomplete.

There are nights I sacrifice sleep just to satisfy this hunger.

And every time, I realize thereās always more to learn, even in the unwritten words between the lines.

For me, reading is connecting with writers through words.

Isnāt that mind-blowing? That no matter the time, distance, or age, a simple arrangement of letters can connect us across worlds?

Technology might evolve, but I doubt it can ever replicate that intimacy.

There are days when Iām exhausted, buried in work, but then I remember

Iāll read when I get home.

Suddenly, Iām motivated again. Itās my reward, my peace, my therapy.

Reading feels like fulfillment.

Like Iām living my best life.

Itās not something I can fully explain; itās beyond words.

But Iāll say this: itās the purest, calmest joy Iāve ever known.

I can read all day. And honestly, I often do.

If youāve never tried, maybe you should.

Pick a topic youāre curious about.

Choose a book with good reviews.

Then just let yourself get lost.

Donāt just read; connect with the writer.

Maybe then, youāll feel what I feel.

Becauseā¦

Reading is art.

Reading is life.

Reading is perfect.

Reading is a gift.

And it hurts that so many donāt see its beauty.

This year, despite school and work, Iāve read 70 books so far (not counting school books). My goal? and insightfulness of their content.
Top Engagers
For the Top Engagers Track, we award the top 3 people who engage the most with other user's content via
comments.
The winners are picked using the "Monthly Engagers" tab on the rankings page.
Most Engaged Content

We pick the top 3.
The winners are picked using the "Monthly Contributors" tab on the rankings page.
Here are a few other things to know for the Best Content track
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate contentāuse it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio contentāhigh-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover imagesāif your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.
