LETTING GO OF WHAT NO LONGER SERVES ME
<p><br></p><p>I've also learned to acknowledge when friendships or relationships have run their course. I don't force something that no longer feels right or nourishing. Instead, I focus on nurturing connections that uplift and support me.</p><p><br></p><p>I've come to realize that it's okay to outgrow people or relationships. When interactions feel draining or toxic, I take a step back and reassess. My mental health and well-being are worth more than holding onto something that's no longer serving me.</p><p><br></p><p>I'm learning to prioritize my own needs and surround myself with people who genuinely care about my well-being. It's liberating to let go of the guilt and pressure to maintain relationships that no longer bring me joy.</p><p><br></p><p>As I let go of what no longer serves me, I make space for new connections and relationships that align with my values and aspirations. I'm excited to meet new people and form meaningful bonds that uplift and inspire me.</p>
