1. Karma & Love

Karma is about action, reaction and consequences of actions. Karma is the term used in Buddhism and Hinduism to refer to actions and their effects. In Indian philosophy, karma means "action".

Love and compassion are two sides of the same coin; they both stem from the same source, the mind. By letting go of hatred and anger, we release our own negative energies into the world, which creates positive change. And by giving out love and compassion, we reenergize ourselves and create positive change in others.

2. Karma & The Cycle Of Life

There is a cycle in everything, including Karma. For example, the cycle of birth and death. When someone dies, their soul moves on to another plane, taking the lessons learned in this lifetime with them. We then get to experience the rewards or consequences of those actions in future lifetimes.

3. Karma & Rebirth

Rebirth is the cyclical nature of life. While each person experiences rebirth over many lifetimes, as long as they keep making bad choices (killing, stealing, etc.), they will continue to reincarnate. If people make good decisions and live a virtuous lifestyle, they have less and less chances of being reborn again. As a result, they are able to become Buddhas, spiritual beings who have no desire to be born again.

4. Karma & Meditation

Meditation is often practiced as a way to connect with ones inner self. As we learn to quiet our minds and focus inwardly, we develop a sense of awareness and begin to understand what is happening in this moment. Meditation helps us to become more grounded and balanced in our lives.

5. Karma & Happiness

By meditating regularly and focusing on the present moment, we find greater happiness in our everyday lives. In fact, research shows that people who meditate have higher levels of happiness than non-meditators. Moreover, meditation enhances our brain's functioning by increasing blood flow and oxygenation. Thus, it can help improve cognitive function!

6. How To Be Happy

As we age, we tend to lose touch with our true selves in favor of trying to achieve external goals. However, if we practice yoga and meditation daily, we can bring balance back to our lives. Also, by spending time doing things that make us happy, we naturally feel happier. For instance, practicing yoga makes us feel accomplished, while going for walks makes us feel alive.

Classclosed.

At the end of each month, we give out cash prizes to 5 people with the best insights in the past month
as well as coupon points to 15 people who didn't make the top 5, but shared high-quality content.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.
