“Bzzt. Bzzt.”

Sade ran to her phone this morning, desperate to hush her noisy alarm. Scrolling and scrolling, she beheld all that awaited her today. The first challenge threatened to deal her a K.O. in thirty minutes, so she got ready in a

“Splash. Zip. Poof!”

Before hundreds more could bear their teeth, she hurried out her apartment door. But she forgot something.

“Sade is not real!”

This was the mantra at work; her colleagues constantly teased and jeered at her apparent inability to stop working.

“She’s everywhere,” they said.

“She has ten arms and a dozen legs,” they said.

And all that they said, she was. Sade was many things. She was quicker than an antelope, always exceptional at work, her mouth was an unfiltered tap, ‘inhale’ was the best term to describe how she ate, and she would always be drained by the time she reached home. And home she was. She searched her pockets for her keys, wondering if she had forgotten them.

“Jingle. Click. Click. Screeeech!”

Droopy-eyed Sade warmed up Chinese takeout for dinner. Her eyes were always droopy when she was tired.

“What did I forget?” she asked, watching the little paper bowl swirl around in her microwave. Think, Sade. Think! You’re supposed to be smart. You’ve always been the babe that has all her eggs in a crate.

“Ding!”

Sade was inhaling spicy noodles in front of her TV. She was watching Pride and Prejudice for the sixth time this month.

“You are mistaken, Mr. Darcy, if you suppose that the mode of your declaration affected me in any other way than as it spared me the concern which I might have felt in refusing you, had you behaved in a more gentleman-like manner!”

Yes, she was already quoting scenes. She hated the movie, or at least the speed of it. The novel seems better paced, whole.

“Mm. Hm?” she squirmed on her sofa. Sade fell asleep with the TV on in her living room.

“Again?”

Again! She pushed herself to stand, picking up the pieces of noodles and her dignity on the floor.

In her bedroom, her groggy hands stripped her body down to her underwear before she collapsed on her bed. Lying on her back, Sade stared at the ceiling, already half-conscious and sleepy-eyed. She whispered a thought before being swept into the land of those who dream.

“What did I forget?”

“You forgot your debit card.”

At the end of the month, we give out prizes in 3 categories: Best Content, Top Engagers and
Most Engaged Content.
Best Content
Top Engagers
Most Engaged Content
Best Content
We give out cash prizes to 7 people with the best insights in the past month. The 7 winners are picked
by an in-house selection process.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know for the Best Content track
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.

Monthly Score
The Top Monthly Contributors ranking is a monthly metric indicating how users respond to your posts, not just how many you publish.
We look at three main things:
1
How strong your best post is —
Your highest-scoring post this month carries the most weight. One great post can take you far.
2
How consistent the engagement you receive is —
We also look at the average score of all your posts. If your work keeps getting good reactions, you get a boost.
3
How consistent the engagement you receive is —
Posting more helps — but only a little.
Extra posts give a small bonus that grows slowly, so quality always matters more than quantity.
In simple terms:
A great post beats many ignored posts
Consistently engaging posts beat one lucky hit
Spamming low-engagement posts won't help
Tips, comments, and upvotes from others matter most
This ranking is designed to reward
Thoughtful, high-quality posts
Real engagement from the community
Consistency over time — without punishing you for posting again
The Top Monthly Contributors leaderboard reflects what truly resonates, not just who posts the most.
