How to save yourself from the insanity of deadlines and time crunch
You're a creator, you've built a small following, and your last content got more engagement than you imagined or expected. People are in your comment section or DMS praising your creativity, wit, or genius, asking you when is the next one dropping. Things look like it's starting to pick up for you... then when you least expect it, something came up; you had to travel here, had to meet one previous engagement there, some terrible technical issue happened after that, no power for a week so your good friend; whatever power holding company is near you won't let you film your next content.
You are anxious and thinking about your fans, and when you get the chance, you're online apologizing to them and promising when next you're dropping. Trust that this may or may not be a confessional.
When you're big and have a loyal following, this is cool, but when you're unknown and have gotten new eyes on your work in a place that works at the speed of 4G where people post daily and constantly, any new fan you don't follow up with consistency becomes a "coulda, woulda, shoulda". They don't know how your content schedule works and as they mistakenly found you, they will just as easily forget about you, except your content is JUST TOO GOOD, or resonates with them too deeply that they stick around, even at that many people are not that patient. Just think of it, some of the people that follow you find it hard to do what you ask or plead, then imagine someone who is a stranger.
So, how do you fight off against the unpredictability of life? This is some ground-breaking revelation. Are you ready? Just after you finish that first content, you make another one. Yes, it's as simple as changing your outfit or not and doing another. If you can't do it that moment, you can do it the next, so you know that all you have to worry about is scheduling or hitting "post" online.
Think of the benefits, when you've worked ahead of time you're free to do other things or think of the next 3 contents to come. Your fans will be happy and engaged, and you will be free to do other things in your life. You're welcome.
A few applications that help you schedule your contents include; HeyOrca, Brandwatch, Sendible, Loomly, AgoraPulse, Buffer. They all have their different premium plans and different feel, so pick which one you feel works best for you. Also do your research on other applications you can use, as you know the internet has so many solutions out there and new applications come out constantly.

At the end of each month, we give out cash prizes to 5 people with the best insights in the past month
as well as coupon points to 15 people who didn't make the top 5, but shared high-quality content.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.
