<p><em>She gave you signs..</em></p><p><em>Showed you warnings,</em></p><p><em>In her tone.</em></p><p><em>In her eyes.</em></p><p><em>In the way her voice quivered while words were spoken softly.</em></p><p><em><br/></em></p><p><em>But you overlooked..</em></p><p><em>Ignored..</em></p><p><em>And her tears, she hid..</em></p><p><em>Her pain, she endured.. </em></p><p><em>She lost the love supposed to be shared.. </em></p><p><em>An emotional separation.</em></p><p><em><br/></em></p><p><em>The whispers of her heart..</em></p><p><em>The continuous pleas for connection.. </em></p><p><em>The depth of her sorrow.. </em></p><p><em>The loneliness embeddened in her heart.</em></p><p><em><br/></em></p><p><em>She learned to mask her pain.. </em></p><p><em>To hide her feelings.. </em></p><p><em>Her true self.. </em></p><p><em>Building walls, enclosing her heart.. </em></p><p><em>Seeking protection.</em></p><p><em><br/></em></p><p><em>The weight of his indifference stays.. </em></p><p><em>Living memories in its wake.. </em></p><p><em>A heavy burden she carries.. </em></p><p><em>A constant reminder of what could have been.</em></p><p><em><br/></em></p><p><em>But you.. </em></p><p><em>Only noticing when she became silent.</em></p><p><em>When her words ceased..</em></p><p><em>When being soundless became noisy..</em></p><p><em>When her love, her feelings, ceased.. </em></p><p><em>Making her show no emotions.</em></p><p><em><br/></em></p><p><em>Every sign, was a scream at that time..</em></p><p><em>Every breakdowns was a desperate cry for understanding.</em></p><p><em>But you called it "drama"</em></p><p><em>and you treated her without care.</em></p><p><em>By the time you realised, it was late..</em></p><p><em>Way too late.</em></p><p><em><br/></em></p><p><em>She was gone..</em></p><p><em>Emotionally broken..</em></p><p><em>She had already taught herself to live..</em></p><p><em>With something..</em></p><p><em>No, not with you..</em></p><p><em>But with a heart already numb.</em></p>
