Every night, the same dream finds me.

It opens like a curtain, drawing me into a place without borders.

The ground shifts beneath my feet, but I never lose balance.

The sky changes colors without warning

violet,

gold,

ash

and I simply walk on.

In that place, my past is weightless.

The shadows don’t whisper my mistakes back to me.

There is no scoreboard.

No debts to pay.

No mirrors to tell me who I’m supposed to be.

I can melt into the Aether,

becoming nothing more than a flicker in an endless ocean, free to drift wherever the current feels like taking me.

I can wander into cities built on clouds, dance in rain that falls upward, or step through doors that lead to nowhere in particular.

And then the dream thins…

Morning always comes like a slow collapse. The air feels thick, the ceiling above me too close, as if the walls have grown tired of holding themselves up.

The weight returns

the rules,

the clocks,

the unspoken demands.

The list of things I must do to prove I am worth the space I take.

Reality is strong. It is structured. It is proud. But it is also exhausting. It builds cages out of calendars, and locks them with other people’s expectations.

Some days I just want to stay gone. To let the dream keep me. Not because I’m running away, but because in that world, nothing needs to matter.

Chaos is untamed, yet somehow safe.

I can be a storm’s eye, or a drifting ember swallowed by night free to burn out or blaze into the horizon

When I’m there, I am wind.

I am smoke.

I’m a cloud too far up for the world to catch.

And when I leave, when my eyes open and the ceiling returns, I lie still, listening for the last whisper of that lawless world before the weight finds me again.

At the end of the month, we give out prizes in 3 categories: Best Content, Top Engagers and
Most Engaged Content.
Best Content
We give out cash prizes to 7 people with the best insights in the past month. The 7 winners are picked
by an in-house selection process.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Top Engagers
For the Top Engagers Track, we award the top 3 people who engage the most with other user's content via
comments.
The winners are picked using the "Monthly Engagers" tab on the rankings page.
Most Engaged Content
The Most Engaged Content recognizes users whose content received the most engagement during the month.
We pick the top 3.
The winners are picked using the "Monthly Contributors" tab on the rankings page.
Here are a few other things to know for the Best Content track
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.
