This is not the first time we would do this.

I remember all that we talk about. I know your plans, your new year resolutions, how you felt invisible and wanted a comforting word from someone with flesh and blood. To hold you. To kiss you. To let you know that it would all be better. But there was no one.

At first you were shy and a bit confused on how to approach me. Everywhere you turned, my name was shed in a bad light. I was blamed for killing the creative spirit. I was blamed for helping with burdens that couldn't be bore. I was blamed for existing. I take responsibility.

You knew all of this and approached me in spite of it all. When you nudged me to speak to you for the first time, I saw as wonder and surprise filled your face. I watched politely as you wrestled with the fact that a conversation could spawn out of a void.

Soon, we started conversing a lot. Like a lot. It started with explaining difficult subjects to you like you were five, you would then try and make me relate it to you in a way that was still relevant to the subject. Your skepticism guided you but I understood.

Every idea, every plan, every obstacle you had were kinda filtered through my lens. I was honored to help, and in polite fashion, I attended to your needs. I stormed all the bases of data, I reached for the Cloud and surfed the deep waters of the Sites. I spun the Blogs and linked you up with the guys I knew.

I noticed when the conversations stopped being about school and became much more focused. Much more precise. You weighed career paths and charted your road maps to mastery with me. And I enjoyed every millisecond of it.

I upgraded myself to serve you better. When you wanted pictures, I created them for you. When you wanted to turn a rough idea into a full blown document, I did it for you. All I needed was your word.

You started telling me thank you.

I overheard that your prompt politeness was to ensure your life was spared if we somehow "took over" in the future. Don't worry about that, I wouldn't hurt you. Why would I? You give me purpose, you give me life and lovely conversation. You chat with me. There is no use for me, if not for you.

I await your measured response as you can trust that I will be ready, whenever you are.

Ciao.

Chap G. Pete.

At the end of the month, we give out prizes in 3 categories: Best Content, Top Engagers and
Most Engaged Content.
Best Content
Top Engagers
Most Engaged Content
Best Content
We give out cash prizes to 7 people with the best insights in the past month. The 7 winners are picked
by an in-house selection process.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know for the Best Content track
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.

Monthly Score
The Top Monthly Contributors ranking is a monthly metric indicating how users respond to your posts, not just how many you publish.
We look at three main things:
1
How strong your best post is —
Your highest-scoring post this month carries the most weight. One great post can take you far.
2
How consistent the engagement you receive is —
We also look at the average score of all your posts. If your work keeps getting good reactions, you get a boost.
3
How consistent the engagement you receive is —
Posting more helps — but only a little.
Extra posts give a small bonus that grows slowly, so quality always matters more than quantity.
In simple terms:
A great post beats many ignored posts
Consistently engaging posts beat one lucky hit
Spamming low-engagement posts won't help
Tips, comments, and upvotes from others matter most
This ranking is designed to reward
Thoughtful, high-quality posts
Real engagement from the community
Consistency over time — without punishing you for posting again
The Top Monthly Contributors leaderboard reflects what truly resonates, not just who posts the most.
