Off the top of my head, I can mention several benefits that come from working out. From the "super hero" feeling when you start lifting heavier weights to getting stronger and happier, and of course taking gym jpegs to motivate and oppress your friends, As someone who has been consistent with working out, I understand that a lot of people tend to slack off on their fitness journey. Yeah, it's a journey, because being fit once isn't always being fit. If you ever feel like stopping, remember that "you have only one body for a lifetime" and you look like the choices you make. I get the idea of having a body with finesse—I mean, looking edible and all—but I feel living healthy should be at the base of your fitness goals.  I'm sure some people don't have specific fitness goals. I'm glad you're prioritizing working out, but having goals would give you a sense of direction and a means of measuring progress. Kindly note that nutrition plays a key role in exercise. In other words, what does it profit a man if he exercises but doesn't feed well? I feel that once you start working out, you automatically start becoming conscious of your diet. Your diet should include living foods, and you must cut down on junk food. I hope I didn't offend anybody! While there's no one-size-fits-all approach, I suggest that you create a balance between exercise and nutrition. Learn Unlearn Relearn
