<p>As the saying goes ' Experience is the Best Teacher',</p><p><br></p><p>I was born into a house where my Father does not like my Mother working , just a<em> 'Full House wife'</em>. This had a great effect on our well-being as we were growing. My sister wanted to give up on studying further because what's the use....if you end up being a full house wife not allowed to exercise your skills? I remembered my Mom telling her to study and grow to be an independent woman not an arrogant woman, so she won't live her life at the mercies of Her husband... We all grew up with that.</p><p>When I was about to get married part of the checkbox I had, was 'My wife-to-be must to have a <em>working kind of mind set</em> '</p><p><br></p><p>I am now married with three kids. What has helped us thus far is that we create a balance between our work and our family. We both tend to our children, which has created a bond between my kids and I and also with my wife. At the same time we work to make the family a better place to grow in. I didn't end up killing the young woman's dream and waste her effort of becoming <strong>'An Engineer'.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>I learnt by experience as a child and also learnt from my Mother's experience and now I am better person... experience is not only a teacher when it is personal, you can also learn from people's experiences (mistake or achievement).</p><p><br></p><p>What is your view on experience? What impact did the experience leave on you? Has any experience helped you and made you a better version of yourself?</p><p>Let me know in the comment.</p>
At the end of each month, we give out cash prizes to 5 people with the best insights in the past month
as well as coupon points to 15 people who didn't make the top 5, but shared high-quality content.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.
