ENHANCING YOUR NATURAL BEAUTY
Having a healthy looking skin is more desirable than one that needs constant makeup to hide blemishes. Makeup palettes are not good for an all day type of usage. You should rather opt for a solution that can give you natural healthy skin. Everybody should be concerned about their skin care routine. Develop a healthy skincare habit from a young age so that your skin will look better when you are old. Here are some tips on how to enhance your natural beauty and glow like a diva. Drink water. This is a most straight forward tip for all; drinking plenty of water. Water flushes out the harmful toxins from your body and makes the skin elastic. Every adult should drink plenty of water to keep the entire body healthy and free from toxic materials. Exercise and walking. Daily brisk Walks and exercises improves your skin. Exercise is not only mandatory for fitness but also for the betterment of your skin. A blusher can give you rosy cheeks, but natural glow can be added to your skin only by daily exercises and brisk Walks. Don't be lazy, go for that walk that will make you sweat or exercise at least 30 minutes daily to improve your skin. Stress less. Staying on top of your emotional well-being is easier said than done. When our stress levels are high, our bodies produce a surplus of Cortisol, otherwise known as stress hormone. Excess of Cortisol can have a negative impact on our nails, hair, and skin, also wrecks all kinds of havoc on the body, making it harder to ward off disease. Stressing less, not only makes you feel better, it makes you more attractive. Don't forget your mind and body works together to keep both pretty and well. Proper sleep and rest. Sleep makes magic on your skin. Having seven to eight hours of sleep is mandatory to keep the skin healthy and functioning. Your skin revitalises the cells when you sleep. A poor sleeping schedule makes your skin look dead and dark circles and wrinkles appear like your friends. Avoid caffeinated drinks before your bed time. Eat protein for your hair. It is not how artificially you treat your hair but how healthy your diet is for your hair. Protein rich foods like eggs, meat and nuts are good for stronger and longer tresses. You can ask your dietician for more proper diet tips. Add fruits and vegetables to your diet. This tip is never Rusty and never fails. Eat healthy vegetables and fruits for naturally healthy skin. Mind that the fruits and vegetables you frown at are your friends not the tasty and eye catchy junk foods that harm your whole body. Fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamins and minerals that are vital for a glowing skin. Quit smoking and drinking alcohol. Excessive alcohol and cigarettes causes your skin to become drier as they are made of toxic substances. Over consumption of alcohol makes your eyes puffy and red, they are not very good to boost your immune system and natural beauty, smoking also causes a lot of health issues. If must be taken, then it should be done moderately. Facial massage and yoga. Facial massage is the way to improve blood circulation and ventilation of the skin. It will keep the skin youthful and help reduce wrinkles. Using paste made of natural ingredients to massage your skin periodically, is useful for the skin to look radiant. Facial exercises and yoga are also great for blood flow and circulation, it helps reduces facial fat and give shape to your face. Wear mineral makeup. Don't clog your pores up with thick, heavy foundation that won't allow your skin to breathe. Instead, opt for better ways to cover up imperfections such as mineral makeup or BB creams. Most mineral powders even help to prevent spots whilst BB creams moisture your skin and even out skin tone without clogging your pores. All skin is different, but in general be sure to wash and moisturize daily. Protect your skin from sun and avoid tanning. Use the moisturizer that soothes your skin tone and remove makeup before going to bed.
