On this day, I don’t remember the exact date or time, but it was on a Thursday. It was a disastrous day. I remember not understanding anything except one thing—that they were gone because of a foolish mistake.

It all started the day before when two girls lost their lives. Her name wasn’t even mentioned. She was so intelligent, yet every little thing pushed her to the edge. She was always lonely because her friends didn’t like the way she would react when things didn’t go her way.

Lisa was in her room on the day before the incident, after her parents had left for work. She was left with her siblings, being the middle child in a family of seven children. Her older siblings would often send her around to do one thing or another, and she felt like they were always picking on her, even more than the younger ones.

She kept grudges in her mind, and those feelings slowly grew into something bigger. The day before, she felt disrespected by her older siblings—her two brothers and sister. She was scolded, but instead of feeling remorse, she felt wronged. Without realizing it, her anger turned into resentment, and she kept nurturing it until she couldn’t hold it in anymore.

Her anger blinded her so much that she couldn’t clearly see or hear what was happening around her.

On the day of the incident, she was muttering words under her breath while cleaning the gas cooker in the kitchen. The table gas was still on, connected to the gas cylinder. Unknown to her, she had moved it too much, causing gas to leak from the cylinder. Even when she noticed the smell, she ignored it because she was boiling with anger.

Her siblings later sent her to get snacks with two of her younger siblings. While they were out, their parents called to inform the eldest sibling that they were on their way home. When their father arrived, Lisa and the two siblings were still nearby.

As they returned and approached the house, their father called them to enter. At that moment, NEPA restored the electricity. A spark followed.

And in the next second, the house exploded right before their eyes.

The sound shattered everything—walls, windows… lives.

In that moment, time stood still.

All the anger, all the pain, all the words left unsaid—none of it mattered anymore.

Because what was once a home became silence.

And what was once anger became regret…

too late to be fixed.

At the end of the month, we give out prizes in 3 categories: Best Content, Top Engagers and
Most Engaged Content.
Best Content
Top Engagers
Most Engaged Content
Best Content
We give out cash prizes to 7 people with the best insights in the past month. The 7 winners are picked
by an in-house selection process.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know for the Best Content track
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.

Monthly Score
The Top Monthly Contributors ranking is a monthly metric indicating how users respond to your posts, not just how many you publish.
We look at three main things:
1
How strong your best post is —
Your highest-scoring post this month carries the most weight. One great post can take you far.
2
How consistent the engagement you receive is —
We also look at the average score of all your posts. If your work keeps getting good reactions, you get a boost.
3
How consistent the engagement you receive is —
Posting more helps — but only a little.
Extra posts give a small bonus that grows slowly, so quality always matters more than quantity.
In simple terms:
A great post beats many ignored posts
Consistently engaging posts beat one lucky hit
Spamming low-engagement posts won't help
Tips, comments, and upvotes from others matter most
This ranking is designed to reward
Thoughtful, high-quality posts
Real engagement from the community
Consistency over time — without punishing you for posting again
The Top Monthly Contributors leaderboard reflects what truly resonates, not just who posts the most.
