This poem is for anyone growing in silence.

For those who are often overlooked, underestimated, or unsure of their worth.

You may not have arrived yet, but every quiet step is shaping you.

Keep becoming!

I wasn't made to bloom all at once

some days, I’m soil, silent and still.

But even in waiting, I’m rising unseen,

becoming the dream I’m called to fulfill.

Becoming bold, through storms and strain,

Strength wrapped in layers of quiet pain.

I watched others rise... strong, unafraid,

Then came a voice... You too were made.

I started to believe in myself

Saw my worth, my strength, my flame.

Took a few steps, small but sure.

And then boom!... my fire came.

I changed.

Knowing fully well what I carry inside:

A light, if birthed, could fill the skies.

A single drop, though small and slight,

Can join the tide and birth great might.

Going onward may stretch your soul,

But vision is what will make you whole.

What you stand to gain pulls you through

Purpose pushes when pain tries to stop you.

Don’t call it childish... don’t lose hope.

You’re not “too small” to climb this slope.

You think you're not enough? You are.

Just take the step... you’ll go far.

Growth is not just a one day thing,

It builds with time and consistency.

From becoming... to become! ... a journey lived.

So rise, even when fear says wait.

You are not behind ... you're just in shape.

Every step, every scar, every fall you faced

Was part of the fire that makes you great.

At the end of the month, we give out prizes in 3 categories: Best Content, Top Engagers and
Most Engaged Content.
Best Content
We give out cash prizes to 7 people with the best insights in the past month. The 7 winners are picked
by an in-house selection process.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Top Engagers
For the Top Engagers Track, we award the top 3 people who engage the most with other user's content via
comments.
The winners are picked using the "Monthly Engagers" tab on the rankings page.
Most Engaged Content
The Most Engaged Content recognizes users whose content received the most engagement during the month.
We pick the top 3.
The winners are picked using the "Monthly Contributors" tab on the rankings page.
Here are a few other things to know for the Best Content track
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.
